After modification, the molecular weight differences among the ddNTPs (for MALDI-TOF MS) exceed the resolution of mass spectrometry instruments (10 Da), enabling nucleic acid mass spectrometers to precisely distinguish between A, T, C, and G, thereby ensuring the accuracy of detection.
ddhCTP is a chain terminator for the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of multiple members of the Flavivirus genus, and it inhibits the replication of dengue virus, West Nile virus, and Zika virus. ddhCTP also directly suppresses Zika virus replication in vivo.
Compared to conventional dNTPs, this product undergoes higher-grade purification and processing. It is suitable for a wide range of routine molecular biology applications, including PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension reactions, isothermal amplification, DNA sequencing, and DNA labeling.
