This product is suitable for: Enzymes such as Taq DNA polymerase are involved in related applications including PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension, and SNP genotyping.
dITP is generally not suitable for PCR reactions performed using DNA polymerases with proofreading functions.
dITP cannot completely replace dGTP in dNTPs; otherwise, it would significantly inhibit the PCR amplification reaction. During the PCR reaction, it is recommended to use 10% dITP as a substitute for dGTP.
